9 Quick Total-Body Workouts, No Equipment Needed

It is important to note that these moves are pretty intense and will challenge your endurance. If you are a beginner, we recommend adding rest periods of 45 seconds or a minute and a half. You can also make the workout a little easier by lowering the number of required pushups per round or settling for regular lunges instead of jumping while you’re still adjusting, then eventually, increasing it when you feel stronger.

Keep in  mind that you must do five repetitions of the entire thing, from top  to bottom. Yes, you heard that right. 5 times. We know you can do it. Oh and do some squats too! ‘Cos as Kendall Jenner said, “Do your squats, eat your vegetables, wear red lipstick, don’t let boys be mean to you.” Got that? Now go change those pajamas to workout clothes. 😉
